Rahul and Monali’s Goa Wedding

The wedding took place in September 2018 at the amazing venue- Grand Hyatt of Goa. The Goa wedding took place as a 2 day celebrations with family and friends. What had an indelible mark on our minds was that the couple creatively asserted their individuality by not abiding by the common path and beautifully reflected “beauty in simplicity”.

In the words of Monali- “ We wanted the wedding celebration to be an extension of who we are as individuals hence we had a slightly different flow of events”.

The couple decided to get united together with their wedding in Goa the very first day so that they could celebrate the joy and fun of the rest of the events together with their families and friends the  next day.

The celebrations started with the Mandap Pooja. The couple’s simple and elegant look blended well with the calmness and spirituality of the surroundings. The bride’s graceful lehenga by traditional patola from patan along with the Raani haar which was differing strikingly, beautifully rendered her the perfect look. While Rahul complimented her with bright haldi yellow kurta by Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla.

If you dream to have a simple yet elegant look and make it difficult for the guests to take their eyes off, the red lehenga look of Monali will definitely prove to be an inspiration. The bride looked no less than a princess in the red Anita Dongre lehenga. The pretty design of the Kundan necklace suited the complete outfit. Monali chose moderate makeup along with light smokey eyes and pinkish nude lip color which was given to her by  Pakkhi Pahuja.

All-White Jazz brunch

The second day of the Goa wedding commenced with an all white jazz brunch. The theme was inspired by Capri since the couple were  then planning to go to Italy for their honeymoon.

Bride’s outfit: Jade

The bride’s crop top and shimmery skirt by Jade blew our minds. She looked so fresh and just stunning! The guests all in white made the atmosphere look so lively and refreshing!

Cocktail in a splendid Victorian english decor style.

Victorian English Decor

A black tie event with a Victorian english decor- the cocktail party- would truly be memorable  not only for the couple but also for the audiences. The Victorian styled decor was indeed one of the prettiest decor which might be witnessed by anyone ever.

The bride astonished everyone by her ivory lehenga at the event which was the work of Falguni & Shane Peacock. The bride’s makeup by Pakkhi Pahuja gave her the best party look and she just looked stunning in those open hairs!

An arabic theme created by National decorators held at the club in Mumbai had really a unique impact on us. The shades of ultraviolet in the decor was absolutely mesmerizing.

The bride is all set to steal the show!

The Sabyasachi lehenga of the bride with that banarsi silk skirt made the bride look stunning and different. Rahul coordinated her look by wearing a Raghavendra Rathore achkan. The subtle makeup and minimal use of jewellery fitted very well on the bride.
