Enchanting Forest Themed Wedding with a lovey-dovey Rooftop Proposal in Boston
Abounding in fragments of nature’s palette & raw whimsy of flowers & foliage, Vrunda & Sunny’s indoor forest themed wedding was absolutely on fleek. From soft summer drapes, bare bushes & casual romantic overtones to illuminated spaces with crystals & lights, every bit came together to frame a magical tropical setup to take vows in vintage style at the Double tree by Hilton Boston.
The couple made their dream arena come alive with a garden themed mandap accompanied by foliage backdrop & beaming chandelier and an aisle with flower corsages & floating candles. From chiavari chairs with customized goodie bags to LED lit walls, the wedding decor beautifully blended woodland vibes with modish schemes.
Beginning with a breezy mehendi, an intimate haldi & a rocking sangeet night with moroccon themed decor, the gujarati couple’s wedding ended with a glam reception bash.
From custom printed dandiya for garba to a cute date night recommendations jar for sangeet, from a cool candy buffet to place cards on LED bottles, crystal accented cake cutting set and a beautiful photo booth with couple hashtag (#thepanvedis), this wedding was brim full of creativity and pin-worthy wedding decor ideas. Moreover, the guest table setups incorporated statement personalized elements like bespoke printed menu, stamped wine glasses and fun notes with couple facts. Furthermore, they arranged for welcome packages with wedding day timeline, face masks & custom dnd tokens for their guests.
A special mention to the stunning sartorial choices of the bride. From a statement lemon hued Aastha Narang sangeet outfit to a contemporary red wedding lehenga by Anita dongre & a voguish icy blue indo western attire by Falguni Shane Peacock for reception, Vrunda shone like a true diva at every single event. How It All Started?
The first dates are disasters they say, and this is exactly what our bride, Vrunda thought. However, her disaster turned out to be the most beautiful rainbow in her sky. So, the first date led to many more and they eventually tied the knot back in 2019 at Doubletree, Boston.

‘Praise the Vendor’ feat. Bride
Bridal Makeup Artist: We can’t deny the fact that our bride looked marvelous with her perfect red Anita Dongre Lehanga, but, to add more glory, Pink Orchid Studios did the job. Vrunda says that she was to hire Pinch Orchid Studios for her big day even before meeting Sunny. Indeed, she was happy with her choice.
Wedding Planning by Apsara Events: All of Vrunda’s dreams of a perfect wedding were fulfilled by Apsara Events as she says. She says that her unusual idea of Forest themed wedding and Moroccan themed sangeet were remarkably executed by Apsara Events
Outfit Designers:Vrunda chose an Anita Dongre Bridal attire and she says that it only took 45 minutes to choose her outfit. For the Moroccan themed sangeet, she dolled up in Falguni Shane Peacock India. She told us, she bought her sangeet dress on her first wedding shopping and immediately liked the dress once she saw it on a model.
Wedding Venue: After checking and rejecting 25 venues, Doubletree Boston-Milford amused the couple’s eyes. Vrunda says that it had an outdoor area that was perfect for the cocktail.
