“Bipasha and Karan” is what everyone is talking about this wedding season. Bollywood actors Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover tied the knot on April 30, 2016 and there was a lot of buzz about it. Bipasha adorned completely three different looks for her three major events. She looked no less than a fairy tale princess in her rose print attire designed by Anushree Reddy for the sangeet and mehendi ceremony. Her floral jewellery added to the freshness to complete the daytime look entirely. For her big day the actress glowed red in beautifully designed Sabyasachi wedding lehenga whereas Karan complemented Bipasha’s look by sporting a white sherwani.

2. Make Up Not So Made Up!

The dusky actress looked remarkably beautiful in her gold avatar on her wedding day. The not-so-heavy makeup accentuated her big speaking Bengali eyes and embossed her natural beauty. The big red bindi and red lipstick ideally complemented her wedding dress making her a fine-looking Bong bride.

Bipasha looked all gold from her head to toe on her big day. She wore a heavy kundan jewellery which included a princess necklace, nath bangle, maang patti and jhumkas by Jaipur Jewels. For her reception day the actress was spotted wearing emerald green pearly necklace made in combination with light kundans.

4. Decked Up Décor

Mehendi ceremony of the couple took place in Villa 69, Mumbai. And the flowers for the ceremony were by Ceremonial Hues. The wedding vows were taken in a five star hotel in Mumbai. The venue was beautifully decorated with flowers, lights and candles. The astonishing aisle made the ambience of the place. The seating for the guests was neatly and comfortably done making the décor more likable.

Well the pictures say it all! The starry-wedding was a classic Bengali wedding following all the Bong rituals and customs. The mandap, the pheras and everything was through in Bengali fashion.

Bipasha and Karan’s wedding was completely star studded and was attended by many Bollywood stars like The Big B, Jenelia and Reitesh, Malaika Arora, Diya Mirza, Salman Khan, Ranbir and the list goes on!

The candid moments of the couple’s pre wedding photo shoot were captured Prasasd Naik who’s been working since 10-12 years and is a very good friend of Bipasha. The photo shoot was more of a fun session for the couple. The wedding ceremonial moments were captured by The Wedding Story. #themonkeywedding was a complete blend of drama, dance and dhamaal!
